The Everyday Dog Edit Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The promoter is Lifestyle Investment Group Pty Ltd trading as Pooch + Pup ("Pooch + Pup") in partnership with Petzyo.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Pooch + Pup, Petzyo and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Promotional Period

The giveaway opens on [Opening Date] and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on [Closing Date].

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must:

  • Complete the entry form on the giveaway landing page.
  • Follow @poochandpuphq on Instagram.
  • Follow @petzyo on Instagram.

All three requirements must be completed for an entry to be valid.

Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional bonus entries by completing the following actions:

  • Comment "ROUTINE" on the official giveaway post (+1 entry)
  • Share the giveaway to their Instagram Story and tag both @poochandpuphq and @petzyo (+1 entry)
  • Tag a friend in the giveaway comments (+1 entry per friend)

Maximum five (5) bonus entries per participant.

The total prize value is approximately AUD $500.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random within three (3) days of the competition closing.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days, a redraw may take place.

Privacy

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from both Pooch + Pup and Petzyo.

Entrant details will be securely shared between both brands for the purpose of administering the giveaway and sending marketing communications.

Participants may unsubscribe from either mailing list at any time.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with each brand's Privacy Policy.

General

Pooch + Pup reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent entries.

If the giveaway cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control, Pooch + Pup reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
